I've been doing some research and i saw many people selling (dropshipping) accessories and stuff that has a "brand" on the item.

For example keychains that says "bmw" or "honda" on it.

Is this legal? If not, have much of a risk are these people taking selling these stuff?

bump..

Its illegal but so what? You'll get warning letter at most. Have a lot of friend selling "brand" item for many years now and not even a single warning letter reached'em.

thanks for the input. if you dont mind me asking, if your friend located in the US?

Is it illegal? Yes.

will you get in trouble for it? probably not unless you are really unlucky. To a big company your just not worth the effort. At worst you'll get asked to stop selling the branded product.

some of them are. they bought goods from china and sell it to us markets. most of us use stealth account meaning we use fake address, fake name, proxy etc. Well you know how. Not here to teach stealth account btw.

It's a hit or miss in terms of getting caught - but it can simply be just a miss if you know how to cover your tracks.
