Selenium switching to multiple 4g dongle connections

I found a 4g provider that give me a new IP address everytime i disconnect/reconnect the dongle.

I would like to exploit this (for botting) with for example 2 x 4g dongle so i can switch to the second one while the first one is rebooting for always getting a new ip without delay.

Anyone has an idea or info of how i could switch to another connection ? maybe by disabling the connection adaptater so it switch back to the other one ?

I can use windows and/or linux (raspbian) so both will work for me.

Are you comfortable with Python?
