Hello BlackHatWorld Community,
I am a civilian facing a serious issue with a hacker who is exploiting Indonesian government and educational websites. I urgently need help from an expert who can counter this hacker. Here is a clear and simple explanation of the problem:
Issue Description:
A hacker has been hacking into Indonesian government and educational websites and creating doorway pages that get indexed by Google. These pages rank highly in search results for gambling-related keywords because these sites have high domain authority and trust.
I have reported many of these malicious pages, and they have been removed or suspended. However, the hacker is using subdomains and AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) to keep the content accessible, especially on mobile devices.
For example:
- Hacked site: `https://rsud.cirebongab.go.id/?tunnel=judislot`
- AMP page: `https://ampjudi.com/?tunnel=judislot`
Even after the original pages are removed, the AMP pages still appear in Google search results on mobile devices due to Google's cache.
Current Approach and Problem:
I have been using Google's "Request a Refresh of Outdated Content" tool to remove these pages from search results. This has worked to some extent, but the hacker has found a way to cancel my removal requests within the 1-2 business days processing window.

The websites are suspended and inaccessible, but the hacker still has access to Google Search Console and cancels my removal requests, keeping the malicious content live.
What I Need:
I need someone who can help with the following:
1. Preventing the Hacker from Cancelling Removal Requests: I need a way to make sure my removal requests cannot be undone by the hacker. This might involve securing the Google Search Console access or finding another method.
2. Alternative Solutions: Any other strategies to permanently remove or suppress these malicious pages from Google search results, especially focusing on mobile searches and AMP pages.
Important Note: I am not looking for solutions involving the website hosts or owners as they are often unresponsive and unclear.
Contact Information:
Please reply to this thread or PM me if you have the skills and experience to help. Your expertise and assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
