Good afternoon,
A little bit of backstory:
I am currently reposting content on 10 different accounts, all ran on Dolphin Anty, USA IP Reg, some aged & some new.
* note that I am not using proxies due to expense issues, which may be the reason why my videos are barely getting views.
I have been looking for a method to basically steal content and reupload it onto my own profile, similar to this page:

If you look through it, you will see the content is directly stolen from the original creator, typically a month after.
The other thing I noticed is how they ONLY reupload the content that genuinely does good, meaning the video that got like 5 million views on the original creator.
Wouldn't instagram notice this and flag it?
How are they getting away with directly stealing the content and reposting it? (especially the most popular ones)
Why are all of my videos - on all 10 accounts - doing terribly wrong.
