It’s a french channel over 200K subs
He deleted his videos several times until he get monetization enabled . For like 4 months his so

you cannot confirm if a channel is monetized or no. theres no way to prove it rn unless u contact them and they tell you they are monetized.
just becoz ads are not playing sometimes would not be proof of not being monetized.

yt can choose to play ads even on non monetized channels.
and yes there is way to monetize this contnent.
so i dont think he has a reason to lie about monetization.

Would it be possible to have a slight idea of how to do it? or a hint ..
I understand that it is always using fair use, which means that there must be a transformation of the content. And not just a cut and paste of video clips without more.

And what I'm not very clear about is whether there should always be a voice over.
I'm starting a humorous youtube channel.

these channels are demonetized fast, and seeing advertising does not mean it is monetized by him. he is probably cheating you. if you can't und. this ,you are too stupid to make money on yt.
