Secondeyesolution for my limited Paypal account

My paypal account just got limited , my account will only be restored if i provide them with a picture of my ID or passport. Thats why i want to buy an ID from secondeyesolution. But i want to know a few things first. Are they still active ? The site seems a bit inactive to me. And the main thing that concerns me is the picture of the person on the ID. I dont want to use my own picture, so i need to know if the picture they're using matches my age and ethnicity. If anyone has used their services i would like to know your feedback too.
