Hello SEO friends,
I am searching tools, to make it more easier to promote my stuff.
What I basically need is:
- A Facebook Group Poster/Bot (Select all the groups that I have in my List and post my stuff Automatically).
- Mass Email sender/bot (Log in with my Email address, Send an Email to a List of Email Addresses automatically)

Can somebody help me?
I am willing to pay if that Program is trusted and good.

For facebook I think FaceDominator is the best. It has all the tools inbuilt, like account creator, friend adder, bult message posting to friends or groups etc.
