Script to scrape a public Facebook account for friend list

I was wondering if anyone has a script written in any language (preferably python) that will:

(1) Login to Facebook (I need the ability to login using different accounts)
(2) Prompt me for a Facebook URL (or Facebook ID)
(3) Generate a CSV of all of that user's friends (Name, Username & Facebook ID)

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
