Scraping list of Instagram users?

Is there a fast bot to scrape lists of Instagram usernames who liked a certain media? Or maybe those who follow another user?

Tried writing my own, Instagram gave me error 429 after giving me a list of 1100 users :)

GMT2 offers this functionality. You can scrape recent activity of a user as a whole or specific posts

Edit- Scratch that you wont get a list but you can base your actions in the bot off of these parameters

Yes, tried GMT2 first... is there any way at all to retrieve a list, maybe from the logs or something? I couldn't find that option when I tried myself, only ways to follow/like them.

bot can - keyword, user who liked post, user follower nd following, user who comment

Sorry to pick this up so late, but I see it's still unanswered. So you can get a list of everything GMT2 scrapes, by opening the SQLite databases it writes into the %LOCALAPPDATA%\gmt2\save\database folder by default.
 
429 is normal if you're scraping without any pause in-between requests. It takes a few minutes and you'll be able to continue where you stopped.

Can you still do this? I need a tool that can do this so preferably I would buy it off of you.
 
Doesn't jarvee support scraping usernames from a specific post's likes?

You can not cross the instagram limits at any point with a single IP. You better use rotating IP and instagram will let you do the fast scraping - its the IP.
Or you can rotate the account for the scraping purpose! :)

BUT you can not hit hrad and scrape all of it from instagram at all!

Yes these bots exist. Also if youre making your own bot, and you received that 429 error you need to rotate ip address and use another ig account to make that call.
