Scraping for the best follows

For scraping followers Currently I am looking at social blade and looking at their engagement if their engagement is more than 5-10% than I can putting them into the notepad. Also for the user filters I am doing 50-1000 for the users followers. And for the usersfollowing I am doing 50-600 so that they could actually see my post. If the user has more than 1k than that wouldn't be good because even though they are scrolling down thers a really good chance they won't even see your post which is pointless.

Nextly I use Max Days since post 20 which is a good amount to see if the user is still active

Currently I am stuck on the MAX FOLLOW RATIO and the MIN FOLLOW RATIO I'm not sure how to get that figured out as I did some testing a few months ago and got it perfected, but then i forgot all about it and then a few weeks later my comp got hacked and I did a full system reset so I lost all that information. I have been going at it and I can't seem to get those ratios correct.
Question:Anyone got a good ratio to use to find followers that have a good followers/followings ratio
Like the user has 150 followers and is following 150 so 1:1 or 100 followers and following 200.
What is your Max follow ratio or min follow ratio is basically what i'm asking
