I'm sorry to hear that, I also had a bad experience, I was using Scrapebox tool, after two months of business relationship they limited the scrapebox capacity by windows server policies, basically all the information I scrape during a day of work, when they applied the changes it took me three or more days to scrape the same information.

I have an OK experience with them. I signed up for the purpose of doing a review and I just never cancelled. I only use 1 tool in their arsenal (Paigham Bot) but it's nice to have a second instance of Scrapebox for intermittent use. I found their connection to be slow as well.

I don't recommend them for any long term use but if you need a cheap solution or are looking to try some software before buying it might be a good deal.

Get the tools on your own VPS and you wont have too many problems
