loopline in that video you mention that AU IPs are needed for YP scraping. Do you know of any providers that offer this?

Here you can find a provider and a coupon code for AU proxies. You just need to contact them first and make sure they can give you AU only for the quantity of proxies that you want to buy.

How much data are you trying to get from YP?
I've written a custom scraper for the Au Yellow Pages, gets phone/email without needing to load additional pages ( just the search result pages).
