Scrapebox Unable to Communicate with the Scrapebox server error.

I have been trying to activate my copy of scrapebox for the last few months now. I even reached out to the support but they haven't been helpful. They asked for my SIL file and didn't have much to say after that.

Tried the following so far:
  1. Five different ISP (including mobile 5g data). Also used NordVPN. So it is defnitely not the ISP blocking the connection.
  2. Tried a fresh windows 10 install with all defender and firewall options turned off. Tried it on windows 11 laptop, and then my main windows 10 PC. All with the same effect.
  3. Manually entered firewall rules and made sure nothing is being blocked by enabling firewall logs.
  4. Tried the 32 bit version. Tried the beta versions. Tried running as admin.
  5. Put the scrapebox folder in C::\scrapebox, my documents folder, my program files (and ran as admin).
  6. The server connection test shows green for all three inside Scrapebox.
This problem does not arise when I start installing scrapebox. When I install it, it opens just fine and allows me to add my license details and does not give me any error for a few hours. I think it is only after my license has been activated that I start seeing this error.
 
Ok, do you actually see an "error" box of some kind with pictures or words or does it just not activate?
No error. It reads "validating license" for a couple of seconds and then unable to connect written in the bottom corner.

Even the sbupdater reads "you don't own a valid license".
 
The scrapebox team has taken well over a month and still not come up with a solution to the problem. Simply stating "hey it works for a lot of people" is terrible response. I even offered them remote access to my system.

I had also paid for a few premium plugins which I cannot use either since my Scrapebox copy is not being activated.
 
Their sales thread has expired despite it being wildly successful.

Maybe they are having personnel issues or something along those lines att his time?
