scrapebox setup guide/tips?

If there's an actual guide on the forum, I'd be happy to know where the thread is.

Basically my question I'd like to know is, if anyone is willing to share how they setup their sb remotely from their home/office/bat cave, approximately how much it costs to operate it (proxy lists, computer at home, if so how many you're running typically, other services fees/expenses)

I've been reading on learning to use sb but I wanted to set it up with having proxies and sb and just do some blasts once in a while for other customers. More so, just towards my money sites.

If I can get any feedback experiences of any problems you guys ran into, I'd love to hear it.
