so after a comment blast, you ping every site? I have had many successful blasts but dont use the ping feature.

I keep forgetting to ping. Need to do that.
As far as forum commenting goes, I tried to use roboform, but I found it difficult to manage and honestly I think it sucks. Is there a similar, more lightweight version of a software that will fill out user profiles on forums etc.?

another thg that i do is,
i gather the sucessful posted comment's page.
create a new wordpress blog.
Place all the links on the post.
nearly 200links or so and i create a RSS feed of the page and send them to rss aggregators.
it works well.
try it.

Dear Shapsp,
First of all thank you for this useful guide and topic.
Let me ask you two things:
1. You have been using SBOX for half a year now correct? What kind of results do you see personally? I mean is it harder to get backlinks now with this method than it was half a year ago when this product was relatively new?
2. Dumb question: Do you put your keyword into the "name" field in scrapebox? Like dog trimming so the name will always be dog trimming and remains the same if you comment on lets say 500blogs a day? And you do not write any link in the comment box only your spinned comment? And you guys say: do not use only one url, but how can i use more if i have only one money site? They mean i should change my url to yourdomaindotcom/subsite.html after a few hundred posts?

Consider viral sites or fads. Also consider new products or companies that launch a website. Whether they market themselves with a tv commercial or other ways, these pages can generate tens of thousands of backlinks in a few days if it catches on. So the simple act of having tons of backlinks in a short time doesn't by itself cause a site to get deindexed or an adsense account banned.
I think what you will want to concentrate on is variety. Make sure your anchor texts vary. Make sure your links are coming from all over the damn place. Make sure they aren't 99% wordpress comments or something like that.

Dear Flurbuff and Shapsp,
I bought the program today. Okay its 3AM i have read the documentation, videos, etc.
My problem is that i can only post with it using the manual poster. With that one it goes fine. Yes im using proxies. Im having the correct settings (e.g. wordpress to wordpress, etc). SBOX says it was successfully submited, but when im checking it manualy - entering the link into the browser - nothing is there. But its auto approve anyways, so if i try with my different computer, it eats it immediately manually with or without SBOX.
Bottom line: for me it does not work. Please advise me, i have default settings, no duplicate urls, etc.
I think somebody before me had the same problem here.

How can you filter out the url's with a lower than specified page rank ? Say I harvest 5k urls and I need to get rid of 4k of them if I do it manually it takes a long time. I don't see a filter for that. :-(

after pagerank check export into excel and cut and paste out the sites you need insteadof deleting the longer list

I am not trying to do backlinking. Would this help me if I want to use it to comment on certain blog addresses? For example, if someone wants comments on a specific blog can I then set this up to spin the 10 comments and place them on the blog?

Am I understanding this correctly - It seems that if we use the email facility, and insert the name of our money page as the website address, then when sb posts it will put the name of the person from the email at the bottom of the post, and that is then the link back to our web-page?
or
