This, you don't need no complicated tool for that.

If you already have the urls, you can use Excel or i prefer Notepad++ for this kind of tasks. Use the Search and replace function, search for the url part and replace it with nothing. If those are ig urls, the url pattern should be the same, so you'll be left with one username per line.
