Hi Friends,
I'm facing an issue with schema markup and don't really know how to handle this. I must improve my website's structured data and i'm using https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool.
I have an e-commerce website and I've got some categories to list products ... Should I use the Product markup for each products (https://schema.org/Product) ? This si somehow quite confusing as this is NOT a product page but rather just a list ...
Concerning my products : I'm using the product markup on single product pages (quite obvious) BUT i also have a widget displaying top products at the bottom of the page ... Once again should I use the products markup for them as this become quite confusing (page is no more a single product page if i do that but rather a multiple product page).
Sorry for my english, and I hope you'll understand what I'm trying to explain ^^
EDIT :
- I tried to use google testing tool on big e-commerce websites to see how they handle this but the tool is blocked :/
- An article I found quite related to the subject but not giving any answer https://moz.com/community/q/schema-markup-concerning-category-pages-on-an-ecommerce-site
