Hired cTED to do a simple server setup job. Quoted 175$, asked 50% upfront. Initially wanted to be paid in USDT which I declined, ended up paying with Cashapp. This gentleman is playing dead ever since.
Half of the conversation was held here, the other half on telegram, of which I have screenshots of, along with the Cashapp payment receipt.
Total damage: 87.50$, plus a wasted afternoon (which is more annoying).
