He is a pure fraud,
I was searching for Two AWS 25K accounts and found he is selling them

I checked double that it was a scammer or not, I told him to text me on BHW PM
He did it, and then I sent him the fund of $2300

He truly paid me $2300 for 2 aws accounts with 25k credit. I do not have stock for 25k aws account. And I paid another seller so as to resell. Unfortunately, I got scammed. I shown him screenshot of the transaction I had with the scammer.

Now, I don't have money to refund him as the little profits I have had from other sales are spent on health issues.

Though I promised to refund him gradually but I could not get the loan I wanted to refund him $1150 first.

I am pleading to allow me to refund him installment. I can pay it up in 3 months. Because I have another buyer that I need to refund as well for the same cause.

5 days ago, we purchased a $25,000 AWS account for $2300. After making the payment, the seller informed us that he had been scammed by another seller and could not provide the account. However, he have not initiated a refund process. Instead, he have requested more time. Upon observation, it appears that they are continuing their fraudulent activities in their online thread with other individuals. After we make the payment he haven't delivered an account as he promised. Also we couldn't get the refund. He claimed that he scammed by another seller and now he don't have any money to refund. We just asked for more time and meanwhile he continued to scam other people on his thread. I'm sending the conversation screenshoots in attachements.

Just got scammed too because was too greedy and wasn't thinking right (Lesson learned), but he accepted binance to binance payment and gave me his binance username: 'removed'. I think he wasn't really thinking very well when he gave his gmail address for the transaction. Now, a binance scam report with a specific binance pay transaction id has been logged together with his username.

A simple google search reveals a lot of personal info about this individual.
