Scammed by Saul Carrillo AKA: hateandbreak

Saul was offering to sell a Merch by Amazon account. Hit me up on Skype (helpisontheway3) and we agreed on $300 which I sent via paypal. Then the waiting started .. logins never sent .. couple of days went by and he said the account he was selling wasn't actually approved .. said he would send me a refund by paypal .. waited some more.. still no refund .. had to open a case with PayPal. Gave lots of excuses about troubles with his "assistant" and that he was "traveling" .. pretty standard scammer mode of operation. Attached are the Skype conversations. BEWARE

In the event that he has some commentary that explains things and works things out I would consider unbanning based on his history here as well as based on him not being on BHW since the 5th of April.
