Scammed by Royserpa for $800

Totally agree! And that's why it wasn't sold on this forum as a method.

But blackhat is blackhat is illegal... op wanted to buy a blackhat method and changed his mind once he found out the method was too blackhat for him. OP didn't know what he was getting into. This is what I call a learning experience/stupid tax. He will NEVER make this mistake again.

OP paid his stupid tax and should move on. I've paid for perfectly good ebooks that were literally useless to me... I've also paid for bad ebooks and never asked for a refund bc I should have known better. I never asked for a refund. $800 is a lot of money though. So, I understand why he has chosen to pursue a refund.

@royserpa repackaged a well known (truly) blackhat method, found a willing sucker and made money. He did what blackhatters do...

I also like how everyone is ignoring @royserpa 's screenshot that CLEARLY shows he said not to/he didnt need to include cc info

The method is fraud even without the CC stuff.

IMO, the difference is that OP's choice is to either lose money or commit crimes and risk jail time. That's not a fair choice to inflict on people and the reason that it's different to a "stupid tax" where the method is BH but not illegal.

OP doesn't have a choice, he's obviously not going to want to commit financial crimes so he has to accept losing $800 - which is not a small amount of money, even if some people say it is.

I think that wanting a refund, even after knowing the method fully, is fair enough and way different in this situation than normal - because the method is essentially saying "you will commit crimes". If you can't expect a refund after finding out the method is a criminal act, when can you?

Read the thread and it's quite interesting.

Both have pm'd so both have gone against tos if this was against the tos.

OP knew two mods have already rejected the bst @MisterF and @BassTrackerBoats so he already knew it was something dodgy...if he were not to get involved in dodgy things he wouldn't have gone and paid lump sum

The little nuance readers are leaving out constantly is that it was written 'leave out sensitive stuff like cc' when signing up - this shows the 'method' is not cc signups as cc is not even need; therefore the backbone of the refund request (ie cc fraud) is not even relevant.

I appreciate a lot of members here are into CPA stuff so will look at this as illegal method which damages their clean leads but a lead is a lead. This lead is very blackhat to make it absolutely whitehat all they had to do was put in a disclaimer like massive companies do:

'By checking this box you agree your details will be sold to third parties'

The method is real, before the refund request the method was already exposed in my eyes as anyone can put 2 and 2 together.

This is was not a cc method unless op wanted to go down that route

BTB has stated now multiple times this method is fraud even without going into the CC stuff.. so OP by rights deserves a refund in my opinion.. who the hell wants a fraudulent method, of course he’s pissed, so I don’t get why there’s still a few suspect accounts defending this nonsense.

Roy just refund the guy and be done with it.. surely if you’re making so much doe with all these BH methods you talk about it’ll be no hassle refunding the dude.

@t0mmy, after reading the Skype chat I had to go take a shower as it was straight up dirty.

Although this did not take place on BHW we have entertained SL threads in the past as exceptions. I'll hit up Damien to see if we can make that one live.

@royserpa, if you want to save Damien and myself some time and energy you should refund as if what was shared in the pending Shitlist thread is accurate you are way off base and well out of bounds.

Bro this is illegal with or without involving CC numbers. Maybe in some parts of the world it's hardly prosecuted so mistaken for legal, but it's for sure not legal to take someone's personal details under false pretences and sign them up for things they don't consent to. You can do some pretty serious jail time for this.

@royserpa please refund as ordered by a super VIP member the great @t0mmy

May be OP is his client want to invest in SEO provided by him

Listen kid I’m not sure why you’re so vocal here, but I stopped reading after that bit.. you have no idea how the “method” was presented to the OP, how mislead he might have been. He received a method which involves fraud and asked for a refund.. end of, he has every right to.

Hazard a guess that BHW doesn't want to allow illegality on the forum. Pretty bad for business.

He got the method now its for him does he wants to done it or not
Behind Door A: Losing $800 straight up
Behind Door B: Risking your physical freedom by commiting financial crimes unwillingly

...the choice, is yours.

its not okay in my opinion to request refund...
You don't think if this happened to you, you would think you should be refunded? Pretty different to a normal situation where the method is a) sanctioned by BHW, and b) legal.

Oh look.. another suspicious account defending fraud, shut the fuck up, it’s been confirmed by a super moderator it’s FRAUD, not I!

I don’t even know the op but I know I smell something fishy here.

i should open it against moderator who allow that, all reviews and other ones... But i cam okay 220$ wasted and didnt ask for refund...

Always use Third - Person Middle Man Escrow and Be Safe...

Does that include for illegal activities too?

I haven't had a chance to look at this as yet, but first impressions are;

So the guy gets offered an illegal fraudulent method and buys it.
He then decides it's not good enough so wants a refund

Is that not like buying stolen goods, not been impressed with the items and threatening to go to the police or take legal action against the thief for misrepresentation?
