MartinChillz scammed me for $165.

I had to edit his wordpress site, **********.com for 100 euros. After i finished he only sent me 16.5 euros and promised to send the rest asap. I got another payment of 70 euros in 4 days. 13.5 euros short.
I also had to move his websites to a new host for $150. I finished the job, sites are up and he is not responding. He told me that his paypal is limited, but i told him its ok, he can pay me via bank transfer or payoneer. He told me bank transfer is ok for him.
On thursday he told me that the money was send but i havent gotten anything and he is not responding on skype.
