This dude is scum. Straight up scum!

Basically what happened was this:

He continually hounded me for reseller rates, even though he never bought anything from me. He then constantly asked me to "make him famous".

After a lot of back and forth, he bought 1 Million views from me. I contacted him and offered to do Trending in 2 countries instead for the price so that he gets more bang for his buck. Or as he likes to put it... "get famous".

He agreed and then started telling me about how he just wants to make it big so that he can support his wife and 2 kids. Blah Blah Blah.

Long story short, being the guy that I am, I helped him out and instead of trending in 2 countries, I trended him in 12.

He ended up getting 2 million views and over 2000 comments. Over 2000 subs and over 11,000 likes (with a tonne of dislikes as well though) for a campaign that should have only been for 2 countries.

On skype he was so grateful and told me over and over again how he has my back and that if he makes it big he will never forget me.

1 Month later. He opens his first Paypal Dispute for $1000.

I contacted him over and over and over and he just ignored me.

Just this morning, he opened a second PayPal Dispute for $500.

I contacted my Account Manager at PayPal and she told me it was done with his Credit Card company, but they will fight it on my behalf.

So until then, I have lost $1500 due to this idiot taking my good nature for granted.

He doesn't have the balls to reply and he probably won't do anything on here either.

I am not opening this Shitlist to get my money back, as PayPal will do that for me. I am opening this shitlist to warn all of you people on here to NOT INTERACT with this scumbag.

Don't listen to his soppy stories. Don't fall into his web of lies.

Thank you Kind Sir :)

Kais,

If this is a chargeback dispute via paypal from their credit provider, paypal should automatically fight this. Being it was not a physical product and it was a virtual one (you already contacted your account manager) and I'm sure you provided screenshots and all details, this should be no problem.

I have had the same issue multiple times in the past, and as long as you provide screenshots and proof and talk to someone over the phone, you should be good to go. If anyone gives you any run around ask to speak to a supervisor until they accept your supportive info.

Hope this helps the stress, I've been there, and I've won every time as long as I supported the backup information.

Let me tell you why you won't win this with Paypal. Because you aren't selling a tangible product, you(the seller) are not covered under their seller protection policy. Trust me, I've lost a TON of money over the years because of this loophole these scammers have exploited. I call up Paypal and get in full blown fights with them over this policy. I say to them: "So let me get this straight...I can just go around the internet with my credit card and buy any service or intangible digital item and then call up my credit card company months later, file a chargeback, and get tens of thousands of dollars back AND keep all the services and items I got? FOR FREE???" Yup, that's how it goes...

Death to a scammer.

Thanks, guys.

Yes, unfortunately, my AM said: "It's 50/50 on the one chargeback and 0% on the second one".

Reason being, that one was opened as Item not Received (50/50 chance of winning) and the other is "Item is significantly different" which cannot be proved and as such I will lose it.

I think it's absolute bullshit that running $475,000 through PayPal in the last year with 800 transactions per month isn't counting in my favour.

One would think that you'd be protected in a way but doesn't seem so.

Like @LordWilling said... you can pretty much go on a scamming rampage and get away with it.

It's bullshit!

This @LaDre motherfucker won't reply. He cannot reply on email or skype because he's a low life piece of shit.
