Scammed by greatxcourses.com (stay away!)

Good thing I did a search to see if they were legit.... I was about to buy the Lifetime for $99 to get a few Forex Courses and IM courses. Funny thing is they followed up with me to see if I had questions because I hit them up a week ago and just forgot about it...LoL

Same exact thing happened to me a couple months ago. Paid over 100. They told me the same exact bullshit.

This is for sure a bait and switch tactic. I fell for it because other sites I have used have all been legit and they responded super quick to my email inquiry. ALWAYS look for reviews first! ugh, lesson learned, lol
I too got scammed, thought I was buying the whole enchilada when I was looking for a certain program and was told I got the gold
and the premium will come later in the year for an additional fee.

Sorry for your loss. It is hard to trust random online stores. That is why I buy mostly from trusted sellers on BHW.

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I was just about to send them $69 because i really want Channel JumpStart System By Derral Eves. I also had had good luck with such course sharing websites before. A bummer this one is a scam
I'm curious, how exactly did you find their website and how did they trick you marketing wise? It would be good for others to understand this, including myself so we don't get fucked.
Are you saying you saved it because OP pointed out it was a scam, or that you just purchased from there. I assume it's not the latter since we'll know you're part of their scam.

I agree Great X Courses is a total SCAM. Just waste my money for $99. Can't believe the Great X Courses website looks too legit to scam people. but yes, Great X Courses are 100% scammer. Great X Courses said pay $69 or $99 for awesome courses but what you get is just a Google Drive of rubbish. Avoid Great X Courses at all costHey, just a quick public service announcement.
Few days ago I was looking for a Sam Woods AI copywriting course. I stumbled upon on a sub-reddit called GreatXCourses where the owner recommended heading over to their website to get it.

Followed the link, scrolled to the bottom where I found the call-to-action to get their VIP package to download the course:

Clicked on this and I was redirected to https://www.greatxcourses.com/vip-gold-membership-
how-to-join-benefits/ with instructions on how to send them the funds.
Sent the funds via ETH and emailed them. They got back to me with a couple of links to a bunch of random courses. I asked them about the Sam Woods course and they told me that I bought the VIP gold package and to get access to that course I need a vip premium package lol. I was then told that the membership for vip premium is full until next year and of course no refunds
So yea, stay away from these bait-and-switch scam artists. As you can see from the pictures the owner posted the link to the AI course 6 days ago. If it's not available until next year then why make a post about it? Also the link on the course page automatically re-directed me to the vip gold package url so there is no way I could have know any of this upfront.

Sorry for your loss.
- I recommend staying away from sites that only accept cryptocurrency as their payment method. It can be risky and leaves no room for disputes if things go wrong.
- You might want to check out LunaCourse. I've bought several courses from them, and they use PayPal as a payment method, which provides an option to dispute the transaction if you don't receive the download link.

Always purchase a paid course via a reputable/reliable platform like Udemy or Coursera. That way you won't get scammed. Thanks for sharing your experience.
