Scammed by a jr vip?

I think I have been scammed by a member of this forum ,he has jr vip status.I have paid him so far $137 and was agreed that I would be able to use his service upon 2nd payment which was friday but seens to have dissapeared and wont answer my messages ,but see him sending out samples to members today. I dont want to get anyone in trouble or get them banned but am getting worried,what should i do,Shit list?

Yes.. if u see him not answering you and talking to other people i won't like it either.
 
you can try to pm him again, if you still got no reply after 24 hour ,than just open SL
 
I have pmed him,I dont want to get him in trouble as i know he pays for jr vip,but he hasnt replied
He has respodned to other members who asked for samples,also he requested I pay friends and family on paypal which is what I did

Wow,He was supposed to deliver to me on friday,I have tried to be patient and not push him and put pressure on him by not getting on his case.I am getting on his case now because I finally decided to mesage him yesterday which he ignored and again today,but what really gets to me BassTrackerBoats is that since then he has replied to another member with a sample of his work,how am I jumping the gun?
 
I have not mentioned his name to everyone and he is still offering services to members,Am i jumping the gun informing you?

There are no rules at BHW. Things mostly works like this: they buy Jr Vip and run their service successfully for a period of time.

Later everything crashes (only the seller knows when) and then he only accepts mass orders, scam everyone for some high amount and gone forever.

Paying Jr Vip only $100 or idk how much exactly, scam $500+ let's say (at least) when service is already dead. So you should never have trust in any Jr Vip or any seller at any platform.


If your agreement was broken, you have all rights to submit a shitlist and you should, because you might be in a scenario above, and more people who are potentially scammed will also jump in your shitlist thread to confirm they are pending for delivery too.


If your agreement is not fully specified, no TAT or exact start date provided, you can PM a mod with all the details and ask for help.

Still, mods are not able to 100% determine if the seller will do mass scam or not, because many of em are skilled and they carry some rep (previously, when their services was working well) so don't rely to mod too, but take care to have clear deal (agreement) before payment was made, so you can go with a shitlist instantly!

Jr. Vips are not gods, you should remember this, guys.. Some might try to scam, it's just the internet :)
 
This seems quite weird if he is replying to others and not you but still give him benefit of the doubt and wait for a couple of hours more before doing anything.
 
Just link this in their thread, it will probably remind them. It is still only Monday though.

Yes cheers,I was stupid but he got me for $137 I was too trusting beacuase of jr vip status,but this fella is still sending out samples,I dont want to get banned from here but cmon bhw,stop this
