There are no rules at BHW or anywhere at the Internet, any Platform, when it comes to scamming. Nobody yet is 100% protecting their users/buyers, so that was my referring.
Edit: there are rules lol, but they won't help you 100% not getting scammed, since Jr Vips can always do mass scam.

A Jr VIP status is not a "trust badge". It just a status people earned while they meet a pretty easy requirement and pay $97, that´s it.
Having the "blue letters" doesn´t make you automatically more trustworthy than someone that doesn´t have it.

You should have more patience.. And if you feel like you can't wait any longer, just open a shitlist. You'll get an answer faster there...

Calm down mate, no one is against you or feel attacked. Mods are sorting hundreds of requests similar to yours.
When BTB asked you to wait 48h, he didn't get that from air. It's literally what the shitlist rules are stating. Give the seller 48h after last communication before opening an SL
When MisterF said you don't know how shitlist works, he actually was correct. The fact that you don't want to open one because you're afraid of getting someone banned means you don't know how shitlist works.
Dial it back and stay calm, trust me, If there is anyone here on the forum that can get your money back it's a mod.
