scammed and defrauded by Mr. Grinder for $880

I contacted @mr.grinder regarding he's tool which is being advertised on the link below.

on Jul 5, 2023 he got back to me with some sample sites which the tool was used to create content for " he says " now i 100% don't believe that at all know. since i thought it looked good i asked him to provide me 5 samples using blog titles that i supply which he done and the quality on those were exactly what i was looking for but after purchasing the tool provides completely poor quality content and nothing like the samples that were uploaded to my site.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the product as it does not function as described as i spent hours and days just trying to get the tool to work. i have even removed the text in the prompts they provide which even in their video says thats all thats need to get the best articles out of the system is a total lie, after putting in my own prompt instructions thing it would help but never did.

@mr.grinder has refused my request to refund my money since he's tool is built on a lie and i have tool him if he doesn't refund my money back i will log this with BHW admins which is exactly what i am doing now.

Thursday at 5:04 PM i was given access to the tool

as soon as i started tested the tool i noticed that it wasn't functioning properly so i contacted him Thursday at 6:33 PM as this issue happens all the times so if you put in 20 keywords it will do a few and then stops .




he comes back saying we need your keyword list like i havent sent him sample of the blog titles style before





below you can see some if the messages i been sending him which gets ignored for a bit before getting a reply.




after providing him the name of the google sheet which he gave me access to in the first place and says he fixed something but thats not the case because the software still provided dead content which no one in their rightful mind would post on their blog





i didnt just try generating one or two posts i tried 90 different posts and all of them were dead and just wasted my time trying them





i dont need his help in wasting more of my time all i need from this scam of tool to refund my money is thats simple there was no need for me to log this on here

I kindly request your immediate assistance in investigating this matter and facilitating a refund for the faulty tool that this person has ripped me off for. I have attached the relevant details of the purchase for your reference and all chats i have had with this guy in my dm's. i don't want to post the link to my website but gladly will give admin team access to the tool on google drive and my admin for the site to see the content that it has generated which is sitting in the drafts. admins can also go into my DM and read every single messages that i sent to this guy.

admins i can send you the 5 samples he uploaded in DM if needed and also like i said give you access to my blogs backend where all the drafts from the tool are sitting.



the worst one out of all the 90 to 300 word articles that were mostly off topic is the one below this :

1: the titled entered is below and all it provides is 5 lines ---

last one these are just samples of the poor quality and content this tool gives and the pictures it puts in the post are 100% not related compared to the 5 samples they made me see before buying it thinking it was the same quality what a big mistake.

This guy purchased my bot couple of days ago and instantly change his mind and asking for refund, since my service has strictly no refund policy and my products still working exactly as described, even i told him several time to fix his problem but all he want is refund. because

Clearly he is a fraud buyer
My bot does not has any license binding( its hosted in google appscripts) with this chance he simply copy my bot to his server and asking for refund which is impossible.
Before buying ,He tested my bot with his own keywords and see output + my realtime sample and said oh its good, and after buying + successfully steal my bot to his server (google) now he,s saying nothing works since everything (output + bot workflow) remains same (screenshot attached)

I have more than 100+ customer and no one saying its not working but this fraud buyer is saying

I can not reply his message because i lost my android phone where the google authenticator has so i can not access bhw for 2 factor codes

my products are working and i have my confidence to solve all problem, just because he change his mind after successfully steal my bot, we can not provide refund and its no refund service , thanks

I think you’re just trying to push me into saying something that will be in your favour but that won’t happen. If only I was that smart in copying someone’s tool but sadly not, because you want to lie now and call me fraud I would like admins to test the tool for themself I will gladly provide you with my account access to google sheets.
If I was a fraud then all the sellers I have been purchasing different things from mostly SEO services would have said the same.

Since i was half asleep when replying with the first information and didnt manage to comment on this part of the comment so heres my comment for the above. please stop playing these silly games admins are not stupid, clearly your playing games and know the comments above are related to the 5 titles i provided you at the start to generate sample content for using this so called tool in order for me to see the quality output it would provide before me making a purchase and this was way before i made the payment. get your head right and refund my damn money its that simple after ripping me off for a tool that doesn't work. i don't care if you want to fix the issues with the tool all you need to do now is refund my money without any more delays.

Tool is just working fine and i am unable to approve your silly comment, in my tools ages , nobody rise silly problem like you , we have more than 100+ satisfied customers and still going well

i am 100% confident about my bot and its still working fine (every function). yes i agree sometimes open ai does not provide correct data but thats from a 3rd party apis, (we also address this into our sales thread, but bots every function are still working just fine)

oh wait you want to help me fix your dodgy and faulty tool. Yh no thanks, this is meant to be a working automation tool and si shouldnt have needed to report issues after issues as soon as i started tested it and you keep telling me that you want to fix the issues over and over again wont happen. when i first reported the issues you in the DM's you acted like that you fixed the issues and made changes to the tool which i tested straight after and still crap outputs were coming out. you done it again an still the same. stop wasting my time and your own time with the faulty app which was built on a lie and refund my money. don't know how many other languages i should to say REFUND MY MONEY is that simple.

Admins please note after this comment / reply to this thread i have made theres no more evidence i can think of on providing and right know we just going back and forward. i have provided everything in detail and to be honest i don't know what else to say that hasn't already been said, the only way this will be resolved is if admins from the forum step in and take control and go though all the evidence provided.

Having read this content multiple times I've come to the conclusion that the buyer did not get what they paid for as it does not work for them.

It may work for others but this does not work for this buyer.

So from this conclusion i expect @Mr. Grinder to provide a fully working tool without any issues per the sales thread, the tool needs to work exactly as advertised with nothing missing, i expect the tool to provide the exact same quality posts that you shown me and uploaded to my website before i made the purchase. the tool cant be stopping half way through the keywords list with issues which then requires you to remove the completed keywords and re uploaded the ones the tool didn't . i expect the tool to add the correct images related to the blog posts as you had provided in your samples when i provided you the 5 blog titles to work from.

you say that all you have to do is input the data and just hit start which then tool does everything else for and this is exactly what i expect.

If your going to say you will have to fix this and that now and then then PLEASE dont waste your time and my time just REFUND my money its that simple. you already said the prompts you added provide the best results so let's see.

You said the 5 titles i gave you generated the below results with the correct images so i expect the same or close enough results.

i'm sure i am being fair here by giving you the chance to provide a perfect working tool. as you can see i havent touched this google sheet since 8 August because it doesnt work as i was sold a faulty tool. so the next time i test it if you decide to provide a working tool i will upload the results on here. just so know one says the image is old i googled todays date so don't come with lies either.

I don't even know why i even bothered offering you a chance to fix your rubbish tool which doesn't even work not sure how it was even approved.

below is a video from start to end of me starting and running the tool you can skip to the last 5 minutes of the video if you want which shows the output of the content which the tool provides completely dead output. from 50 titles it only done 18 within 1 hour and 30 minutes then stopped.

not sure where i could have uploaded the 1.7GB Video which is 30 minutes long even though it would have been much longer as i popped out but video stopped recording. file was uploaded to wetransfer

You are still expected to make this right by the buyer. If you cannot make the tool work for the buyer, then you need to refund them.

We expect a resolution to this in 48 hours. If you do not do this, this will be ruled against you and your account will be banned.

@Impulse The only way this person is going to make it right is by refunding my money it’s that simple.

Is last message said his tool is working and on that same day I recorded the tool and you can see from the video the tool does not work so not sure how he was going to let admins test a tool that doesn’t work which clearly can be seen from the video I sent.
