Jung87 has been active on this forum for quite some time and shared some knowledge about Adwords.
jing87 had a compelling story on skype about how he manages and grows Adword accounts (basically promising to be able to spend $xxx/day right away). I was suspicious and confronted him with some negative reviews on this forum about him. He basically said that these users were trying to promote something illegal which is why he chose to ignore them and keep the money.
I explained in detail what my offering was (nothing illegal, not even blackhat) and king87 understood and agreed to take this business on at a price that was agreed on.
Jing87 was now pushing hard for fast payment ($900) and stuck around with me for hours in the middle of the night his time to make sure I get him paid using payment methods I never used before (paypal or bank transfers were not possible)
I finally transferred $900 (this was in April) and when payment went through jing87 reassured that he will brief the "agency" on my campaign.
2 days later jing87 aka jingtheworld aka *Removed* asked for more money for some odd reasons or otherwise he cannot run it.
He knew I was suspicious from the beginning, and asking for more money at this point after we agreed already on everything clearly looked like a possible scam. I asked for a refund so I know I can trust him with money transfers moving forward. If this goes smooth I agreed to discuss the higher priced offer (I actually meant this, mistakes does happen, so I wanted to give him a chance). He agreed but said he needed 2 weeks because this is how it works in India with refunds.
When 2 weeks passed by I maybe got 1 more response and to this day he and his associate Rohan N chose to ignore all my attempts to get update on my payment. My money has never been returned.
