never close a case against such scums they want you to close the case so that they don't have to pay you your money back that they owe you lol... If they really wanted to refund you they would do it themselves... Fool move matethat's around 1.9k inr i lost

You can initiate another dispute for another reason. That's only the benefit of PayPal.

No there was still possible way. You can apply for chargeback via you card provider as well . Whether it's visa or MasterCard . Contact you provider and tell them that transcation has been unauthorised and they will fill chargeback againest paypal this way you could have get your money back.

Yeah It's late but Just posted suggestion so whoever begin victim for these kind still have way to get out. To file chargeback via card issuer is 45 days I believe since transaction has been done.Its too late buddy

brother trust me any service account creator not good like you thought
i test more and more this way but the problem that account will active and close after 1 week or need phone verification and it is very code purchase package domain package from google domain for your business this best best way to send bulk emails forget this way
