"Hired." Is it that difficult to type one little word to let applicants know that you're no longer hiring? Browsing through the forum, I couldn't help but notice that many members (not all) who open "For Hire" threads forget to close them. This leaves potential applicants wondering whether or not the OP is still looking to hire. This results in ... "Are you still hiring?" "Did you find someone?" "Helloooo, please let me know" "Hey, I'm willing to reduce my rate" etc. Letting people know that the OP is no longer in need of a service or closing the thread, is an important part of the hiring process. Simply put, it's common courtesy out of respect for others' time. No hard feelings. Just speaking out about something that struck me as insensitive.
