Same Proxy

Hi.
I thought about that I use 1 Proxy for 2 Accounts, but I have questions:
1. What can happen in the baddest case?
2. If 1 Account from these 2 get banned, is the other account in risk?
3. Are there any disadvantages?

In my Case, I use a fresh account (not AGED! 2 weeks old) on warm-up settings and I would try to use an Aged account with medium settings.
