Same domain with PR3 and Pr 1 what do I doo

I have bought A domain that has a Pr 3. without "www" the domain only have PR 1 with "www"

The problem is also, that all the backlinks, Citation flow, Trust Flow are pointing to the "www" domain..
Is there any thing I can do to fix it ?

Check whether PR3 of non www version is genuine. Also, check the higher number of pages indexed with www or non www.

then redirect www version to non www or vice versa. That will do.

Thank you Linksmaster .. So I shall do a 301 redirect from "www" to without "www" or does not matter which way ?

Check which version Google thinks is the canonical one. In Google, put the following:
info:domain.com
