Hello,
Recently I was invited by a Friend Producer to work as an Affiliate, he is selling his product very well on FacebookAds, and since we are longtime personal friends he has decided to give me all the information about his Ad (interests, copy, segmentations etc ... ) for me to invest.

However, the metrics are completely different, I'm paying about 4X more in CPC-Link and my CTR Link is 50% worse.

I already tried to upload this Ad in different accounts, I changed my website, I changed my BM and even then I can not get even close to the metrics obtained by him ...

Does anyone have an idea of which hidden factor is acting negatively on my ad? Has this ever happened to you?

It might be his account has special privileges.

Accounts that have a good history, are normally rewarded with better/cheaper rates. If you keep making high quality ads that have 9-10 relevance score, lots of engagement etc. then you'll eventually get rewarded with better rates too.

Other than that - maybe the creatives you're trying to push to people have been seen by so many people that its not going to work for you. In that case, it might be better for you to come up with your own creatives - so long as you know who to target it shouldn't be too hard to do.

True. Engagement reduces cpc rates. So, make your ads popular!
