You need to be patient. The mods are cleaning up the marketplace, putting other changes into effect and getting ready for Ungagged. Apricot recently showed us a screenshot of her PMs - she's got a backlog of over 4000.

They're gonna get to you. Just give them a bit of time. They're only human.
 
Trying to obtain support for my sales thread. Have contacted the support email, PM to mod, and used the support link at the bottom. Is anyone home? Who is the best person to contact?

Thanks all. Yes, I am a little impatient. Will just wait it out. Didn't know I had to keep active to keep my thread active. As long as everything remains in place, I will be happy. Have worked hard for the reviews. Looks bad that the mods are telling people to ignore me and "go to other active providers".

I chat with BHW users and serve them every day. I always respond in an hour or less. This could severely hurt someone's business. Plus, I never received any notification or warning that the thread would be deactivated for inactivity. Otherwise, it would have never proceeded that far.

Anyone know how to pay the sales thread? When I go to account upgrades, I see nothing about it. Been trying to get this solved for 3-4 days now. Argh

I replied to you yesterday - are you still having problems with it? This is a new update and I've got a huge amount of queries to work through so I might not always be able to reply same day but if you can be patient, I'll get to it as soon as possible.
