I am using JustAnotherPanel for almost a year. I know for a fact that they are the cheapest so give them a try.

Yes i agree with this buddy, they have very cheap rates then other panels but it's not necessary to always use only 1 panel you can use other panels too...they are providing good quality services too search for them on bhw here. ok

Are you able to rank your videos in the USA using JustAnotherPanel? I don’t see USA targeted views as an option on their site

Yes Im ranking in USA no problem at all. But the thing is that my niche is mainly an American niche so thats probably why Im ranking super easily there. I am also removing the ads on my videos just because when I put non monetized views on a video with ads, Its totally not ranking. I guess that this is just the new algorithm of Youtube.

But views are dropping and likes are overdelivering and some other issues.
