Thats not the issue, of course they have permission, although its a tricky one for mods, how can they allow just the "first" white label software for sale?
Will be interesting to read what they think,
 
I suppose it's no different to any other service or product, if they aren't stealing the software and repackaging it then it can't be stopped. It's not illegal and they pay it's up to the members to choose which one to buy, so competition is good.

Well, it doesn't concern me if they are not the coders, I don't have a problem with people who pay to have a bot coded and resell it as their own, that is normal.
The problem is if people are just buying uBOT scripts and rebranding it means we could have people selling the same software in The Marketplace, yes it means people can differentiate by price but I am sure some people would end up buying the same bot from different sellers.

Now I realise some people will bring up all the SMM services that use the same panel or SEO services that are the same, ideally every service or product for sale in The Marketplace will be original and unique but obviously it is much harder to identify those that are reselling the same services.

Where it can be identified I think it should be discouraged.

I don't have a problem with @stuna or @Cesarios and wish them well and I support the Mods that approved the services, it is just a suggestion for consideration.

I am sure that we all want to help improve The Marketplace.
 
So following this logic, nobody shall sell meat, because other have same meat as bio structure.
 
I do not know about their sale prices. But if really identical to the original products, at the very least make it an special price for members here
 
I've had an issue with Stuna before. I couldn't import proxies etc, check his thread.

He is rude and not willing to help out a buyer, he then refunded AFTER a mod got involved etc - He even charged me a couple of euros for the refund ha.

The point is this which is clear now - I deal with real devs all the time, they're often obsessed with making things work properly, it's a near drug addiction. However in my case, it was 'its your fault' which now I've seen this makes sense, there is no customer support because he can't code/repair himself.

That is where the issue is, buyers don't get the same support as they would with the direct developer... AT least be honest with your buyers, I think thats the valid point @Asif WILSON Khan is making and rightly so

However. just to chuck it out there to be fair. I made this thread where someone said about Jarvee which in my eyes is a direct clone of massplanner etc so it could be 'coincidence' they are so similar?

No problem with butchers but if they are selling me organically reared free range chicken then they better supply it and not some mutant reared in a battery cage.

He probably doesn't have the knowledge to solve the proxy import problem. I agree that they shouldn't allowed these bots. They can't deliver support 99% of the time.
 
Agree, this is a spit in our face for all my programmers out there who work hard to build a fully functional bot from scratch. Just to have people recycle scripts from u-bot is atrocious!

We don't allow direct reselling. Of course, not everyone is open enough to tell us they're reselling even if we ask. If we find out they're directly reselling a service without offering any added value to it, then this is an issue. I'll look into this shortly.
