So following this logic, nobody shall sell meat, because other have same meat as bio structure.
It's quite clearly different isn't it.

Meat is a commodity, this is some below par bot on a forum.

first fake reviews now fake products, 2017 go away pls

I always knew that stuna guy was cancer lol.

His thread bumps and his freaking ugly logo triggers the fuck out of me

hello

i bought up this issue in my review of his website crawler here
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/cesarios-website-crawler-bot.992100/#post-10649851

i was attacked in private messages by the seller for giving my review

if he put this much effort into his product as he does attacking people who leave bad reviews he might actuallly have a good product

the bot is the exact same as what is available from imautobot

its also a very bad bot, i don't know how it passed the mod review as i could not get the bot to work as advertised at all

hpefully no one bought it

Brutal!!

Another seller who has absolutely no clue about customer service. It amazes me the amount of sellers that become extremely defensive rather than work with clients to resolve an issue.

His blatant attack of your review will stay there for all to see and will almost certainly destroy his sales thread. Instead he could have left a message asking you to PM and discuss the issues. I'm sure then if the matter was resolved privately you would have updated your review.

As it stands he has destroyed any chance of salvaging his reputation.

this seller did pm me and sort some issues with me but completely ignoring other questions such as the origin of the bots

another member send me a link to imautobots.com and i asked him if he resold them

he said he built the bots repeatedly so i kept asking why all of his bots are so similar

but then he goes on the thread saying i was unwilling to follow up, as if people should ignore my review

he must have thought that i would not see this

really bad service as you say.

I think even if two bots are identical, future features, support and updates should factor in too, but then again i don't know a lot about Ubot and how the bots created in it for resale are maintained if at all, but yeah if its just a paint job of the same bot and updates are rolled out for it at source level and nothing differentiates them besides that, highlander rules should apply.

Looks like the creator of the original uBot scripts is @HelloInsomnia
https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/helloinsomnia.35816/
He sells the scripts here:
http://imautobots.com/downloads/category/programs/source-code/
and on the uBot site:
http://network.ubotstudio.com/forum/index.php/forum/64-bots-and-scripts/
http://network.ubotstudio.com/forum/index.php/forum/22-buy-sell-free/

So looks like @stuna purchased the scripts and resale rights from @HelloInsomnia and then @Cesarios purchased the resale rights from @stuna

So is this the gist of what is going on, or am I missing something?

The IM Autobots bots were made with Ubot Studio, a product for sale here on BHW by @SethTurin.

@stuna then took the products developed by IM Autobots from Ubot and sold them as his own, and offered some for free. But essentially was reselling a reselling service by @HelloInsomnia.

@Cesarios then took these bots from @stuna, which he received for free, and is reselling the resold reselling service from Ubot's software and @HelloInsomnia? And is insistent that these bots are his own coding?

If such is the case, a comparison of the code between IM Autobots, @stuna's product, and @Cesarios product should show the truth pretty quickly. It seems pretty obvious right now that Cesarios threw together some rebranded batch of bots and bought a $500 Marketplace seller account to try and make a quick buck.

Between this and Master Duster's completely failed Instagram bot that he took and resold from CodeCanyon, I feel like there should be a Marketplace rule that bot sellers need to be able to prove that they are the actual developers of their product. Otherwise, a promise of support and updates would be relatively useless.

Problems such as these truly affect the trust and legitimacy of all products on BHW. I mentioned this Saturday https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/are-they-all-scammers.995003/#post-10655805.

I'd gather a good portion of sellers on this site do not provide/create the services or products that they sell. There's always a middle man somewhere...

Could make a bhw tongue twister from this
He sells, resells on the.....

I strongly agree with this.

If they are adding some form of value, then I would be inclined to say it's worth it. However, if it's a re-branding or regurgitating exercise, then there is clearly no value being added. It's especially bad if you have the same thing on here 3 times under different names or brands.

I imagine some products and services have a horribly vicious circle of re-sales with mark ups. I would say a fair few of the Shit List threads on here are because one of the people in the circle has failed to deliver.

Since I'm bots developer and seller on BHW I have things to add :

1. The mods before approving bot sale thread asking if the seller is the developer and handle updates responsibility , at least that's what I faced before getting my sale threads approved .

2 . The main purpose in this thread if reselling ready bots allowed what will prevent 100+ members to sell the same bot by only changing name and bot logo .. ? how much BHW marketplace will be spammed in this case ? how the resellers will handle technical support and answer all of the techincal questions and solving and updating the required technical aspects of the whole bot ? As developer and seller i know this is not possible without being the developer himself .
