I received the free review copy from @Cesarios

I was given the choice of any of his bots and chose this, but I am left feeling disappointed.

It's really awful, the interface is complicated and limited in features and looks like it was designed by a man on drugs, bright colours you can barely read, text boxes not even lined up properly and overall it's extremely poor.

The bot is also slow, I genuinely don't know why this exists. It would take several days to crawl an authority site like the sales copy suggests.

If it's used to scrape content from websites make that more clear and let uses pick up on content using xpath or css selectors, make it obvious and let them pick more than 1 item at a time please.

If this is to crawl a site and pick up on SEO issues then it just does not do this at all.

I would personally spend the extra money, get scrapebox and have every feature this product has plus 100 more.

I cannot recommend.

What makes the interface complicated, please elaborate on this, the interface is very simple! All you have to do is add a site to crawl! The bot will crawl up to 50,000 pages and mine for data on each! How can you assume this bot was made by a man on drugs, just because all the bots are purple and red, and the placement of the text boxes (which can be placed anywhere)!

You looked at the sales thread and saw exactly what the bot is used for and your still making assumptions on what it's used for? Reread the thread and retest the bot and come back with a review when you know what the bot actually does!

Scrapebox is not even a similar software as this website crawler, so I don't know why your making this recommendation!

I'm very shocked at this, I know you gave me the bot for free but I am not going to sully my good name and reputation on this forum for the sake of a $20 bot buddy!!!

The bot has purple text on a pink background and blue text, it's horrible to read.



As for the claim you just put your website in and let it go, please tell me what else it does. What is the extension filter? what is the user agency?

Are you honestly proud of this bot, is it your best work? to me it looks like the first project of a new programmer and you're trying to sell it.

i7 16GB RAM buddy, not slow.

Your bot is slow because it tries to crawl 50,000 pages from a single thread, your bot should be using more than one thread.

I crawled a site I own, it's about 300 pages and took 25 mins.

From the picture it's obvious the text is very easy to read, you just don't like purple/red, that's your opinion

The extension filter and user agency are there by default! You don't have to add any proxys if you don't want to, and you can change threads, retry count, and page timeout to speed it up when your adding a lot of pages.

You didn't realize you can add more than 1 thread? Did you try clicking on the drop down arrow next to the word "threads", and realize that you can also click on page timeout and retry count, to speed up the crawl!
