You can try using Firefox Elite proxy switcher, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/elite-proxy-switcher/. For Google Chrome, you can use Proxy Switchy, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/caehdcpeofiiigpdhbabniblemipncjj.

Out of interest, are you on one of their bespoke packages? I'd like to use them, but the minimum spend makes no sense for what I use them for.

Almost all residential proxy providers offer the IP rotation...

yes they do ip rotation i think so, but they cannot hide fingerprints , internal ip, etc
few guys say we can hide all this with luminati
