Even if they don't have any form of verification, as soon as you get traction you'll get hit by a DMCA, so not a good idea.

Well it will depends on who own the rights of the pictures, you could try slightly modifying the image to avoid automated detection (I'm sure there are tons of articles/video about that) but if it gets in front of someone there not much you can do.

There's not much you can do if someone elses content is on your page and they want it gone once they see it. Most people won't even bother DMing you for a removal, they'll just put in a DMCA.
Crediting the source won't stop all DMCA either. I've had three strikes on my biggest page (2 million) and all times they were credited videos/pictures.
It's a risk you take when you upload any content that's not yours.
