This seller named Rupert B. Conatser SCAMMED me of $ 1,600.
He said on the thread https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/rupert-b-conatser.1841516/ that he has AWS account with Credits (screenshot attached)
When I replied on the thread to confirm ( https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/buy-aws-accounts-with-credits-aws-5k-credit-aws-with-1000-credits-cheap-aws-accounts-aws-trial-accounts.1604543/page-3#post-17868851 ), he said that he has the account with $ 25K credits and asked me to contact on Telegram.

He said that he has 3 AWS accounts with $ 25K credits with Turkey IP and asked me to pay $ 1,600 in USDT for 1 account.
Since I did not have crypto, he asked me to pay via Wise.

As soon as I made the payment, he immediately DELETED the chat and BLOCKED me on Telegram.
Thankfully, I had taken the Screenshots before he deleted the chat (attaching the screenshots here for your reference)

@Admins @Moderators please help me with this Dispute and ask the Seller to either share the AWS account credentials or issue a REFUND.

Information For The Accused
@Rupert B. Conatser, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. I have read and attached all necessary Screenshots. I suggest you please see that you have replied to my message on BHW saying Yes, AWS account available. And after I made the payment of $ 1,600, you Deleted the chat and Blocked me on Telegram. Thankfully I had taken the ScreenShots and when I shared those to you saying that I will raise a Dispute with BHW, you unblocked me and replied.
 
@Rupert B. Conatser It's been more than 5 hours now... What evidence are you trying to find or create?
@ Moderators: @BassTrackerBoats did you try reaching him on PM or Telegram/ Skype, because he is NOT responding to my messages on Telegram or Skype (since more than 8 hours, even though I can see him online on Telegram)
We do not contact anyone off the site for any Moderation activity nor do we do that in PM for transparency reasons.

5 hours is not long so please be patient.
 
I gave them 1 k 1 k credit and another 25 k credit account. Both of them came to me after 1 or 2 hours. Their accounts are not working.
Not sure what you are talking about. But in my case, you shared some email Id and pwd on Telegram and immediately deleted it (in fraction of seconds) probably your intention was to just take a screenshot of it as a proof (even before the buyer could check and verify) so that you can show it to the admins.

If your intentions were correct, why did you delete the entire chat history immediately after that (in just 1 second) and why didn't you respond to my messages after that.
Before the payment, you were continuously calling me and answering me on telegram in seconds.... What emergency appeared just after I shared the payment screenshot that you vanished (deleted the entire chat history and even went to the extent to block me)...
It was only when I told that I have the screenshots & I'm raising a dispute, that you unblocked me and even after that, you never replied to my messages.

BTW, where is your evidence that you said you will be sharing?
It's been almost 6 hours now. Can you please share anything supporting you.
 
I have provided an account. I dont know what happened. This man just took screenshots of other chats except the delivery. He bought a higher credit.
 
Can you share the Delivery Screenshot to the Moderators.

Let them check and evaluate. I will rely on their final decision/ call.

I took the screenshots because you said that "You are sharing the credentials in 2 mins"

When I did not get the credentials even after 15 mins, I thought of taking the screenshots so that I can atleast raise a dispute.

And why didn't you reply to my messages after the payment? Do you have any justification for that?
Share the Credentials to the Admin/ Moderators.
Let them check the logs. Everything will be clear.

Still waiting for the Evidences that you said that you will be providing.
 
He has deleted chats . I dont have any screenshots of the chat.
@@BassTrackerBoats you can clearly see in the Screenshots that he was the one who blocked me. Why would I delete the chats after paying $ 1,600 (which is ~ INR Rs. 1,40,000 in Indian Currency... my client is pouncing on me and I don't have an answer to it)
Again, please share the credentials to the Moderator @BassTrackerBoats and let them check the logs. everything would come out clean and clear.
