He wanted to buy AWS accounts with credit. I gave him them he wiped the chat on Telegram and blocked me. I was luck to have a screenshot after delivery to him.

Proof the other party has been informed of this Dispute Resolution: (Submit a screenshot of you informing the other party here)
When I leave a feedback on his profile he returned fake feedback to my profile too. He is a scammer and unrepentant one.

Proof of Contact: (Submit screenshots showing that you have tried every reasonable form of contact such as emails, Skype, support tickets, etc)
There will be screenshot of my attempt to chat him after that, but he has blocked me on telegram.

Summary of Dispute: (In roughly five sentences or less, concisely go over the issue.)
I wanted to sell AWS accounts with $10k credit to him and after I delivered to him with the hope that he will pay after delivery, he changed the account login details, wiped our chat on telegram and blocked me.

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution: He should pay me my money as agreed, which is $1200. Also the feedback from him should be removed.

Information For The Accused
@sosyofun, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

Hello, I am sorry for the misfortune my friend experienced, but I am not the person that the person messaged or talked to. I am someone who constantly buys accounts and makes money from it. I also use escrow for my purchases. Do you have any evidence that the person is communicating with me on my telegram?
 
To the admins, he is actually buying time to scam more people.
On the thread listed above his telegram ID is listed there which is
https://t.me/kbwrn and that is the same account in my screenshots above. I did not copy the ID, I clicked on it.
I also provide another screenshot showing same ID and also obvious fact that he blocked me after stolen my account.

Where are our conversations in which I defrauded you? You texted me and said I scammed you. You swore and I blocked you. Why didn't you get proof when he was scamming you?

If you prove that I am the person you were talking to while defrauding you here, I am willing to accept any punishment. But I didn't defraud anyone. I am a dealer who buys and sells accounts and I have dozens of customers. If it wasn't forbidden to write here right now, I could have them send a message.

You MUST be blind. I provided all screenshots with our chats till the point I delivered.
One, you said, I never chatted you now you accepted that I chatted you and that you blocked me.

It would be a shame if this scammer is allowed to continue to run his scam here.

Have you verified the username of the person to whom you handed over the account information? When I opened an account purchase issue, a few of my friends told me not to share your Telegram account openly as fraud may occur in your name.

I know anyone can name him Kale Brown.

In the evidence where my username appears, only the message Hi is written. I don't see any evidence of fraud.
 
To the admins, this will be my final note on this,
1. It is very obvious that whenever someone is blocked the "LAST SEEN LONG TIME AGO" will be the message that will be seen in the status bar.
FACTS: HE BLOCKED ME AFTER STOLEN MY ACCOUNT DETAILS.

2. The link on his posted thread is what I clicked on, and that is the only way I chat people on telegram. As a seller, I gain nothing to wrongfully accused him when I can dedicate the time to other important things.

3. I have provided all the screenshots needed to nailed him. And he has just been blabbing. |In the first instance, he said I never chatted him and later he said he blocked me after i said he scammed me. Meanwhile, he never chatted me after he blocked me. As it can been seen on the chat screenshot that I posted where I said HI. He blocked me that is the reason why my message did not delivered to him

Finally, I will be waiting for the final judgment on this @BassTrackerBoats. He should pay me what is agreed on for my account and his negative feedback be removed from my account. Thanks.
 
1. Someone else may have defrauded you and you are being unfair to me.

2. I didn't chat with you, you swore at me and I blocked you, are you so retarded that you don't understand these two differences?

3. Anyone can edit their name to Kale Brown. If you had received evidence with the username at that moment, we could have had a clearer conversation about this incident.

4. I am someone who constantly buys and sells accounts, and this issue is damaging my reputation. If I am proven wrong, I request that any sanctions can be imposed on the person regarding this.

You are absolutely right, I apologize, but the person in front of me is also insulting me in the same way.
 
Based on the content shared, the violation of calling the accuser a "retard" and the fact that the seller is selling despite that being a no-no with an open dispute, I'm ruling in favor of the accused.

@sosyofun, you have 24 hours to refund or provide what was purchased.
 
If he/she did not purchase the product from me, what should I return? Also, the person insulted me many times.
 
The accused is banned for multiple rules violations.

They were on a last chance warning and violated that 2 times so a ban is fair.
 
Thanks to admin, I am so sorry for the INSULTS from me. It is out of pain and nothing more.
It is no gain for me as I am sure this is doings. He even chatted me with another telegram account celebrating that he gained my account. Ridiculous!

Now, I want the fake feedback removed, please.
