Summary of Dispute:

Ordered TG Mass DM service for 1k DMs. Paid for Plus package so that I could have a video proof (refer to screenshot for details). The guy says it has been fully delivered and sends me a video where only 31 DMs are being delivered. I protest because that's not the proof of what I ordered. He refuses to send any further proof without an extra fee, and also refuses to refund.

Information For The Accused
@navydeep, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. 2. I told him earlier that I would send him a video that is 4-5 minutes and about 10 screenshots. Like I said, I sent him these.

3. It demands more than the terms of service included in the package details. Unfortunately, we cannot respond positively to this. Also, we are not receiving recordings for 12 hours because the content of the proof we are going to present is clear.

4. As you will see in the file containing the screenshots, he said that he had previously complained about a seller in BHW/or similar.

5. Please take into account that I have told him the proof that we will present and that we have presented the proof that I have said.

Why would you not provide proof of the entire service?

I've been selling since about 2009 and have always provided proof as a courtesy and as providing good customer service.

We are already providing all the proof for the "SHILLING" service.

As for the DMs service, we have not had any problems with dozens of customers so far. Because the return rate of the service is another proof that this process has been done.

Also, while this service is being provided, the sending time of messages has been extended to protect links. Therefore, it requires about 12 hours of screen recording. While this recording is being received, it is impossible to deliver other orders from the same computer because the screen recordings will be incorrect when the software is run for the second time at the same time. If we run a computer for each order, we need to have at least 10 different computers and have employees for them.

Can you imagine the costs that this will create?

- We are honest with our clients about the proof and we tell them how much of the proof we will present. When you accept, we start the process. They definitely don't have to buy a service from us. If it's convenient for them, they'll buy it.

Your entire explanation is that you're unable to provide proof for more than a handful of DMs. In that case you should be frank and don't advertise something you cannot do.

"We are honest with our clients about the proof and we tell them how much of the proof we will present." - this is factually incorrect, as evident from the screenshots of our conversation.

You keep reiterating that you mentioned "video that is 4-5 minutes and about 10 screenshots." (which btw you've falsely accused me of omitting from my screenshots, cause it's there), but you fail to admit that client will not have any idea what amount of DMs shall be recorded/presented in each. Everyone will assume it's going to be a complete proof of service delivery, otherwise it's not a proof at all.

Chill, I've told them what they need to provide to work this dispute out.

Your commentary is taking away from the point I made and making me have to come in here for no reason.

We keep as much proof as we will deliver to our client. Because it was enough to provide as much proof as I told him.

What I can do right now is resend the DMS and get proof for all of them. However, the process will not take that long and we will send these messages very shortly. The person's link may be damaged; do you accept this?

Also, since we have orders that we are processing, I can make you a video with 1,000 screenshots. I can also show you some of these screenshots. I remind you again that the link can be damaged.

No one has to buy it, please understand that. We're not putting guns to people's heads. Whether there is a good or bad business model is something that the bosses will know; it's none of my business.

You are asking for proof for an order for which we have not received as much proof as you would like. If I were God, it would be possible. Please reconsider what you want.

I've provided him with as much proof as I've told him. He wants more. However, if I am unfair, ban this account. The company doesn't care because they have a lot more accounts on BHW.
