Summary of Dispute:

Ordered TG Mass DM service for 1k DMs. Paid for Plus package so that I could have a video proof (refer to screenshot for details). The guy says it has been fully delivered and sends me a video where only 31 DMs are being delivered. I protest because that's not the proof of what I ordered. He refuses to send any further proof without an extra fee, and also refuses to refund.

Why would you not provide proof of the entire service?

I've been selling since about 2009 and have always provided proof as a courtesy and as providing good customer service.

As for the DMs service, we have not had any problems with dozens of customers so far. Because the return rate of the service is another proof that this process has been done.

Also, while this service is being provided, the sending time of messages has been extended to protect links. Therefore, it requires about 12 hours of screen recording. While this recording is being received, it is impossible to deliver other orders from the same computer because the screen recordings will be incorrect when the software is run for the second time at the same time. If we run a computer for each order, we need to have at least 10 different computers and have employees for them.

Can you imagine the costs that this will create?

- We are honest with our clients about the proof and we tell them how much of the proof we will present. When you accept, we start the process. They definitely don't have to buy a service from us. If it's convenient for them, they'll buy it.

Your entire explanation is that you're unable to provide proof for more than a handful of DMs. In that case you should be frank and don't advertise something you cannot do.

You keep reiterating that you mentioned "video that is 4-5 minutes and about 10 screenshots." (which btw you've falsely accused me of omitting from my screenshots, cause it's there), but you fail to admit that client will not have any idea what amount of DMs shall be recorded/presented in each. Everyone will assume it's going to be a complete proof of service delivery, otherwise it's not a proof at all.
