Summary: Seller provided us with an aged unlimited US eBay account that suspended within days of receipt and we worked with him extensively to unsuspend. Little did we know, he (like many providers) sent an account where the original owner's details were changed. As a result of the suspension (eBay thought the account was being taken over), eBay reverted the credentials to the owner's original details. Per eBay, as long as we are able to provide these credentials, we are able to unsuspend the account this seller sent over. We told this to the seller (attached). Instead, this seller continuously ignored us, restarted conversations, and had no idea what was going on. He is extremely difficult to speak with as he speaks in circles and simply needs to fully deliver accounts or refund us. You can see the multiple warnings in the attached starting in October 2023 and he hides behind a 100% no refund policy instead of delivering what was agreed to.

We have tried other avenues to resolve, which is why this has taken time, including extensively following up with him to try and unsuspend the account (of which he couldn't understand the concept) and a bank dispute but, of course, PayPal Friends & Family is not supported by all banks/disputes (attached). We've asked him for replacements (also attached) and he can't follow through.

Evidence: Attached.

Resolution: Full refund ($822.77). We would also take a proven US $2B limit account as he advertises and as he promised alongside our payment but he never has these in stock.

Additional.

Noting that we are now only open to a refund at this time due to the seller's unprofessional responses/feedback over the past few days regarding this issue and their overall inability to understand and resolve issues.

Information For The Accused
@barmaley93 , you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

he made some sales and account was suspended after more than 30 days.
even then,
seller opened a dispute without any rights as stated on the ad and as he confirmed - aged accounts have no warranty, there is nothing to hide as he sated, its all clear on he ad.

eventhough, we tried helping the buyer out.

and promised to deliver a replacement (2B) once in stock, as a gesture of good will.

this was resolved on paypal already, that's why I won both cases there already. as they found me right.

@BassTrackerBoats I don't know if there are any reprimands for lying, but we NEVER made sales on this account. He well knows this and is lying to somehow save face in this thread as if we wouldn't call this out. Everything I stated is completely correct - would love to see where in the world he thinks we ever made sales to try and put any blame whatsoever on us.

Regarding the PayPal case he's likely referring to (I'll let him get back but trying to get ahead here), it's already stated in my claim. My bank couldn't recall an F&F payment from PayPal (F&F is prohibited on BHW anyway, we didn't know this until a mod called it out the other day, but the seller should have well known this). PayPal refused to refund based on their terms and based on a screenshot @barmaley93 provided to our bank of a txt file he sent us. No proof whatsoever, but it was proof enough to our bank despite us disputing. This has nothing to do with the refund this seller clearly owes us.

@barmaley93 - understand the issue. Replacing an account you never fully delivered is not "goodwill". It's also been over 7 months and you haven't replaced anything.

Please stop lying to save face.

We can't even access the account. You know this. The account is suspended. We sent you numerous messages and screenshots showing the same in October and November. Do you want me to bring out the Skype conversation to remind you of what we've talked to you about? View the screenshots on Skype.

How about you also bring out where in the world you think we made sales? Why are we here to disprove some obvious lie you just made up on this thread?

Happy to confirm that PayPal F&F is very hard to recall funds from. Some banks don't even dispute these as they see it as a money transfer. A screenshot of a txt file is nothing and you know that. PayPal has no idea what you delivered.

You providing proof that PayPal sided with you over 0 information has nothing to do with our clear claim that you didn't deliver this account fully.

@BassTrackerBoats , I confirm even he opened a dispute not in his rights, I did offer him a replacement once back in stock and another compensation offer for another account at a discounted price, as we value the members here on forum.

No, you made up the lie. Prove it yourself. You're the one accusing us without any proof (because it doesn't exist), you're just bizarrely manipulating as usual. You have access to the email, we never changed anything. Not entertaining this anymore.

It is in our right to open a dispute when we pay for something you didn't deliver and you refused to refund/deliver. You did not deliver this account fully. Read the claim and understand it. We have gone over this with you over 10 times. You never delivered a replacement. Offering and delivering are 2 different things.

Proof that the account is locked. Screenshots provided to him before as he is confirming. Account is with the takeover team and inaccessible per our claim and per the attached proof of conversation.

I can offer you a replacement once back in stock / an account with low limits @ 100 usd price.

No. Your terms state that you're fully delivering an aged account. You can't take money, not deliver fully, then state there's no refund because the ad says so.

We were open to a replacement for a long time, but you have not had a $2B account in stock for over 7 months. Regardless, as mentioned in the dispute but reinforced here, we are not comfortable working with you after seeing how you've handled everything (not replacing, lying on this thread, trying to intimidate us, mocking us over Skype, leaving negative feedback, etc.). We can't work with you.
 
so ad states no warranty on aged account, u received an account, made 100's of sales on it, got it suspended, tried opening a dispute on paypal, lost it because seller provided clear evidence, and now you try to do exactly what here? you already hurt my reputation here heavily.

????? I made 100s of sales??? Wow.... please, please provide this proof - I would love to see it. I never even accessed the account @barmaley93. The lies really have to stop. This shouldn't even be allowed as you're trying to cloud judgement in this thread and save face for potential buyers.

It's one thing to confuse me with another buyer, which I know you're not doing, but it's another to continue to blatantly lie. The above is wild. I see you've done this in your sales thread recently too.
