@barmaley93 You're correct that our team was able to access the account for several days and start setting up. I'm glad you called this out so I can provide the full history below. Sorry about this, this was my oversight, but you have several oversights and I'm fully outlining it:
1. You delivered the account on September 8th.
2. We first accessed the account on September 14th. This took several days as we were setting up and reviewing per your directions.
3. Team warmed up and created warm-up listings, per your directions, from September 18th to September 21st. We listed only 7 items.

4. One item for under $2 sold on September 20th. This sale wasn't even remembered on my side as it was insignificant and never fulfilled. Still, oversight on my part.

5. Team continued to warm-up (browsing) for the next few weeks, we then had a phone lock on October 8th and the account still locked on October 13th. We did nothing meaningful with this account.

6. We stated that we have no idea why eBay locked the account. No one does. Yes, Multilogin could have been a reason, although they said this was not on their end. It could be many reasons, including what I stated below (other users trying to login, new sale triggering a review, eBay just not liking listing activity on the account after so long, etc.).

----------
Again, entire point of this dispute is that
we took responsibility for whatever reason the account locked as there's literally no way to know why, but
we needed the original account owner's details to rectify the account. You didn't have these. You didn't even seem to know that there were
multiple owners, and obviosuly we didn't either, which should be a
major red flag to potential buyers. This is why eBay account providers these days clearly state that
original account details are provided - eBay has been locking down accounts more and more and these
original account details are crucial. You didn't clearly state in your ad that original account owner details are provided, but you stated that you provided this to us below. If you don't know the full history on your accounts, it's a major problem - they can be
stolen or
hacked (which is very likely -
@barmaley93 will not disclose how he is getting these) and this means that the
original owner can recall the account at any time:

We
NEVER made 100s of sales. I'm calling out my oversights (true oversights), time for you to call out yours.
Again, even if we did make 100s of sales (which, again, we did
NOT), the reason for suspension isn't the point of this dispute. It's simply that
you did not provide original account owner details when delivering this account. You did not deliver this account in full. I keep repeating this over and over as you have not addressed this once in this thread. You told us multiple times that the contact details you originally provided were original:

That is not correct per the contact details change on August 14th, before we received this account:

And that is not correct per eBay, who stated that there was an owner even before the above August 14th change. You said your team couldn't get the original owner's details. We have absolutely no idea how many times this account changed hands and how many times the contact details changed. Again, this should be a
major red flag to all buyers as the history on the accounts is very unknown. It's a risk we take when buying accounts, but is furthered with this seller:

We never changed account details on our side aside from phone number and password (as you know and per your directions) as we know this is a trigger to eBay. Again,
there is absolutely no way to know why the account locked, we took responsibility for it and that has nothing to do with this dispute.
The point of this dispute is that you stated above that you would be delivering original account owner details and never did. Therefore, the account could not be recovered. You did not deliver this account in full per your terms.
