Hello guys I am planning to make a click bank video and promote it in youtube, I also want to use adsense to monetize the video. What is the minimum requirement for a video to be monetize in youtube?? How many views does it need??Will I able to monetize it with only 1000 views?Is there a minimum length for the video?? My account is PVA and already 7 month old.

You can only "safely" monetize videos that don't belong to anyone else.

Audio, Video, Images etc. all must be royalty free or be unique to only you.
But yes, there is no limit to monetize a video otherwise. If your video has 2 views, monetize it. 300,000 views? Monetize it.

you can monetize any videos... there is no such minimum length requirement.. you can monetize any video of any length..

Do correct onpage to your video (title/desc/tags) deliver 5k+ retention+normal views in a drip feed manner to make it natural along with few likes and comments.Use annotations in your video at right place to make conversions.Make a video of high quality more than 2mins preferred.

The only requirements are that you have an Adsense account and your video must be original. As long as there is nothing in the video that breaks Youtube's TOS, then you should be fine.

Get subscribers and likes on your videos. That should help them rank better. You can also use services like social exchange websites to help with views, likes, comments, and subscribers.
