Require On page SEO help

Hi,
I am looking for help with On page SEO to help my website rank. It is more than 15 years old and I am not exactly a newbie.
However keeping up with all the new updates is making it harder for me to do both, work on building new products for my business AND also do SEO related work.
The website's traffic has been falling for no known reason and I suspect that it has to more with the site structure rather than anything else. There are no penalties as seen in Search Console. The KW for my products are shown as ""Easy" in tools like Ahrefs, yet in reality not ranking well. My YT videos for same KW are on page 1 or 2, but my own web pages are buried somewhere on page 7-8.
My niche is kind of really niche and not many competitors.
Therefore I deduced that I am doing something really stupid but don't know what exactly.
