Well, there are lots of wordpress templates here but the Facebook fan page templates are also in great demand nowadays. I an joining the request: has anyone got any facebook fan page templates?

I have a service website dedicated to just that. Not going to self advertise here, but if you're looking for "creative" Static FBML designs ... you are not going to get any 'free' unless someone shares them here.
My site shares a few basic ones which then filter into my newsletter and sales pitches for higher quality ones. If you want some templates PM me and we can work something out.
But as for 'free' templates, there are a bunch of them out there. Google "free static FBML templates" or something along those lines.
Just like with anything creative, you're gonna have to pay for it.

Hey there,
All the free ones that I've seen are very tacky... there are a few professional ones on activeden if you care to spend a few dollars, they are quality and very professional. And if you need it for a certain niche you may wanna make a request, alot of developers are open to custom requests.

A custom FBML that have a multi tab (mini website) would reach up to $200++
Trust me i've done my survey and i'm in this business for the past few years...
But a simple static template like a landing page would be as cheap as $30 onwards.
Its all depend on the functionality of the template and plus with a combination of a nice graphical design and layout.
Its like ordering/developing a website, the more function you need, the higher $$$ it goes....

honestly if you are new in FBML, please dont waste your money in buying those template. just surf the net including here for some cool great free template.
trust me they are tons of free template which is better than the one that some people selling. it just take a bit of initiative from you to exercise you fingers and google around.
once you are familiar with the free template and you have studied the coding, then just re-edit the code according to your needs. then you will have your own custom fbml template, but make sure you know the basic of html
