[REQ] wordpres plugin for user rating in comments

I have searched and search, but can't find any plugin that matches my criterias.

Basically, I need
1. plugin that enables users to post a review with a star rating for specific posts.
2. I can place an aggregated star rating for that certain post wherever I want to (e.g. as a shortcode).
3. Support Googles Rich Snippets.

Until now, I have failed to find such plugin.

To illustrate what I mean, check out the reviews section of the plugins on Wordpress.

I don't think there is any plugin which can do this. I make Wordpress plugins. I can do it for you if you hire me. PM me if interested..
